Cardiac CT angiography reporting. Dictate stenosis, plaque, calcium score and extracardiac findings in any order; the report is classified to the CAD-RADS 2.0 consensus (SCCT · ACR · ACC · NASCI, 2022), with MESA percentile and a coronary map.
Echocardiography reporting. Dictate chamber measurements, valve findings and haemodynamics as you work through the study, and receive a complete structured echocardiogram report for review and signature.
