Privacy Notice

Last updated 7 September 2026

This notice explains what Narracor collects when you use our software, and — just as importantly — what we deliberately do not.

Our software is built so that patient-identifying information never reaches our servers. Any patient reference you use to keep track of a case stays in your own browser and is not transmitted to us. Please continue to avoid dictating names, dates of birth or record numbers into any reporting tool, including ours.

What we collect

Processors we use

We use Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Anthropic (language model processing of dictated findings), Deepgram (speech recognition), Stripe (payments) and Resend (transactional email such as password resets). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your clinical narration to train models. We do not share your data with advertisers, and we do not build profiles of you or your patients.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Saved reports are kept until you delete them; deleted items are purged after 30 days. Error records are purged after 30 days.

Your choices

You can access and correct your account details from within the application, delete saved reports at any time, and ask us to close your account and remove your personal information. Email support@narracor.com and we will action it.

A note on regulatory scope

Narracor is designed to sit outside the flow of protected health information: physicians paste finished reports into their own record systems, and identifiers are not sent to us. Narracor is not currently offered as a HIPAA business associate and should not be used in a way that requires one.
