Terms of Service
Last updated 7 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Narracor software, including CAD-RADS Reporter (cadrads.com) and AIechoReport (aiechoreport.com). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
Narracor software is a documentation productivity tool for qualified physicians. It is not a medical device, it does not provide a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for clinical judgment. You remain fully responsible for the content of every report you produce, review and sign.
1. Who may use Narracor
Narracor is sold to licensed physicians and other qualified healthcare professionals acting within their scope of practice, and to the practices that employ them. You must be professionally qualified to interpret the studies you report on. Accounts are for one named individual and may not be shared.
2. What the software does, and does not do
Narracor organises clinical findings that you dictate into a structured report, applying classification and wording drawn from published consensus guidelines. It does not read images, it does not interpret studies, and it does not generate findings you did not describe. Its output is a draft document for your review.
Automated systems can misinterpret dictation. Every report must be read in full and corrected by the responsible physician before it is signed or entered into a medical record. Do not rely on the software to catch an omission.
3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Where a free trial is offered, a valid payment method is required to begin it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the first payment is taken.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, until cancelled.
- We will give at least 30 days notice by email before any price change affecting your renewal.
- Charges appear on your statement as NARRACOR.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. See our Refund Policy for when a payment may be returned.
5. Your content
Reports you produce are yours. We claim no ownership over the clinical content you dictate or the documents you generate. You are responsible for entering finished reports into your own medical record system and for retaining them as your jurisdiction requires — Narracor is not a medical record and must not be relied on for retention.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell or sublicense access, share an account between individuals, attempt to extract the underlying models or prompts, or use the service in a way that places disproportionate load on it. We apply fair-use limits to automated interpretation; they are set well above normal clinical volume and we will raise them on request for a genuine high-volume reader.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The software depends on third-party infrastructure and model providers. Plan your workflow so that a temporary outage delays reporting rather than preventing it.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narracor total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for clinical decisions, for the content of reports you sign, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or for which payment fails and is not resolved. Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
